I'm Mollie Younger, a Ponte Vedra real estate advisor with more than 25 years in the business and 400+ homes sold. A Florida transplant, a dual-state broker in Florida and Kentucky, and a mother who relocated her own family, I help people use real estate to move confidently through life's biggest transitions and build the future they want by design.

I've lived it, so I know the weight of it
The origin story
It started at a courthouse auction when I was 19.
My love of real estate started at 19, when my dad began taking me to courthouse auctions while he was flipping homes. I became fascinated by real estate investing, equity gains, and the potential hidden inside a property.
That curiosity led me to earn my license and purchase my first investment home at 21, where I house hacked before most people even knew the term. More than 24 years later, I still love helping clients see beyond a house or transaction and use real estate to build wealth, create opportunity, and design the future they truly want.
Here's the thing: that future almost always involves a move, and a move is rarely just logistics. It's kids changing schools, a spouse's career, aging parents, a chapter closing and another beginning. I've done it myself, cross-country, with my family, and I know what it takes to land well.
