Nocatee · Ponte Vedra dining
Nocatee and Ponte Vedra dining has grown fast, and it keeps growing: a revolving sushi bar, a Michelin Guide-recognized asado house, local roasters, and more opening all the time. This is my living guide for buyers relocating here who want to know their neighborhood food scene before they commit to a community. No rankings, no hype, just what each place is, where it sits, and whether it belongs on your shortlist.
Living guide, last updated September 2026
This is the one everyone keeps asking me about, and for good reason. Asado Life is Michelin Guide-recognized, and it is the opposite of another chain storefront: Argentinian-inspired live-fire grilling in the tradition of a true asado, where the fire does the work and the food comes off the embers.
The story is a Florida one: it started in St. Augustine, opened a waterfront location at the Jacksonville Shipyards in August 2026, and has now signed a lease at Nocatee Town Center, about 3,400 square feet, as its third Northeast Florida location. When it opens, it changes what a Tuesday night in Nocatee looks like.

Restaurants open, close, change menus, and change hands, and I keep this guide updated as it happens. Here's the thing: the guide is the starting point, not the whole story. Ask me for my current favorites and I'll tell you where I would actually book a table this week, based on who is cooking, who is packed, and what just opened.
The food scene is part of the lifestyle decision when you move to Nocatee or Ponte Vedra, and so are the clubs, the schools, the commute, and the pace of your week. One consultation pulls it all together into honest guidance.
