For real estate agents
Agents Helping Agents
Let's be honest: selling real estate is hard. The agents who thrive are the ones who don't try to go it alone.
I'm Mollie Younger, a Ponte Vedra real estate advisor with more than 24 years in the business. Over that time I've built a large national network of agents across the country who lean on each other, and this page is my invitation to you. If you're looking for a peer who actually understands, you've found one.
Why community matters
This business has seasons. It's lighter with someone beside you.
Here's the thing nobody tells you when you get your license: this job is full of quiet stretches. Deals fall apart through no fault of your own. Buyers go dark. Markets shift and the phone stops ringing, and the only person asking "what now?" is you.
That isn't weakness, it's the job. And it's exactly why the agents who last are the ones with a network: someone who has weathered the same seasons, who picks up at nine o'clock at night, and who will tell you the truth even when you don't want to hear it.
The seasons
Every market has cycles: booms, stalls, slow summers. An agent who has lived through them doesn't panic, and they'll talk you down when you do.
The late-night questions
You don't know what you don't know, and half of it surfaces after hours. A peer who actually answers is worth more than any training library.
The people who get it
Your family loves you, but they've never felt a deal fall apart at the finish line. Another agent has. That shared understanding is the whole point.
"The agents who thrive don't go it alone. I've watched this business for more than 24 years, and I've never once seen a loner win the long game."
The network I've built
A large national network of agents who have each other's backs.
Over more than 24 years in real estate, I've built a large national network of agents across the country. We support each other, share what's working, and help each other grow. When one of us hits a wall, someone in the network has already climbed it, and that someone answers the phone.
And I've lived the two-state life myself. I'm licensed in Florida and Kentucky, so I know what it means to start fresh in a new market: building a book from zero, learning a county's quirks, earning trust one conversation at a time. It is a lot easier when someone who has already done it is in your corner.
I hang my license with eXp Realty, a national brokerage, which is a big part of how this network came to be. National reach with hometown judgment, and introductions that come with a personal endorsement.

Community in action
This is what leaning on each other looks like.
Here's a peek at what leaning on each other looks like. We share what's working, we answer when it matters, and that's how we win the long game.
What I offer fellow agents
Introductions. Honest advice. A peer who answers.
You don't have to figure any of it out alone. Here is what I offer, no strings and no pitch attached.
Introductions across the network
Need an agent you can trust in another state? I'll introduce you to someone I know from my network, not a name pulled from a directory. The endorsement comes with my name on it.
A sounding board
Run the pricing, the offer, or the client conversation by me. I'll listen first and tell you the truth second, even when the truth is that this isn't the deal.
Honest advice
More than 24 years of offers, inspections, appraisals, and curveballs. You don't know what you don't know until someone who has seen it points it out. That's my role here.
Connections beyond my markets
I can't cover every city myself, and I won't pretend to. I'll connect you with agents I trust in markets I don't cover, so you can serve a client anywhere with confidence.
Wherever you are in your career
Starting fresh is part of my story too.
New agent finding your footing? Veteran who wants a fresh set of eyes? Moving your practice to a new state and starting your book from zero? I have been the person relocating to a brand-new market, and I know how much a network changes that. However this page found you, you do not have to figure it out alone.
Small ask, real value
Reach out to say hello, ask a question, or ask for a connection. If I can help, I will. If I can't, I'll tell you straight and point you to someone who can.
Book a callGet connected, ask a question, or find community.
Whether you need an introduction, a sounding board, or just another agent who gets it, reach out. I'll answer honestly, and I'll connect you with the right person even when that person isn't me.
